I’ve been through a lot of sleep powders, but the magnesium bisglycinate here is the first one that didn’t leave me feeling bloated or wired the next morning. Mixes into water with barely any grit, and I’m actually asleep within 20 minutes these days.

Tart cherry is a nice touch—I stir it into my nightly chamomile tea and feel genuinely relaxed within 30 minutes. The magnesium bisglycinate is gentle on my stomach, which was a problem with other powders.

I've been mixing this into warm water about an hour before bed and the tart cherry and magnesium combo knocks me out faster than plain magnesium ever did. No stomach cramps either, which was my issue with the cheap stuff.
